VT Group Completes U.S. Acquisition

KINGDOM--Following the announcement on November 21,
defence and support services company VT Group (VT) has completed
the acquisition of Maryland-based military aviation support
specialists Advanced Engineering and Planning Corp., Inc. (AEPCO).
Completion follows receipt of US regulatory approvals.
